“Dependable Champion”
A solo show by Cey Adams. A Queens native, the graphic designer got his start as a subway graffiti artist, influenced by the art he saw in comic books and the pop art of Andy Warhol. The Creative Director of Russell Simmons’ Def Jam Recordings, his works have been shown alongside those of Jean-Michel Basquiat and Keith Haring.
